This GeneOntology Term Finder tool searches for GO terms used to describe the genes in NIA Microarray Gene list to help you discover what the genes may have in common. All the terms were extracted based on NIA CloneSet sequence presence in NCBI Mouse UniGene Cluster. This tool will generate data for each clone in the selected cloneset. You will find additional column(s) at the end of each row if it matches with your search criteria.

Step1: Select NIA Clone Set
Step2: Select NIA Clone Set Annotation fields you want. If you want all the fields please select "select all". If you need any help about any field please click on the field name link
Step3: Select External Data (NCBI Mouse UniGene and TIGR Gene Index) Fields you want. If you want all the fields please select "select all".
