Database of mRNA degradation rates in mouse ES cells

Main results:
1. mRNA degradation rates measured for 19,977 genes with a time course of microarrays
2. Unstable mRNA are enriched in transcription factors, signal transduction, and cell cycle genes
3. Stable mRNA are enriched in structural genes and genes associated with metabolism
4. Exon junctions strongly increase mRNA stability
5. ARE and PUF in 3'UTR and CG elements in 5'UTR negatively affected mRNA stability
6. mRNA stability changed with ES cell differentiation
