Mus musculus is a useful model system to understand developmental, physiological, and disease processes in humans. However, compared to other model organisms there are fewer reports on protein-protein interactions in Mus musculus.

  • Identifying mouse orthologs of interacting proteins (interlogs) in other model organisms
  • Examining the co-occurrence of mouse orthologs in predicted operons of bacteria
